As shown in the picture, I have configured the subscription push in the Google backend, but I also want to synchronize the message to the server to update the user information.

Can I do this by configuring the webhook, because revenuecat does not provide the Apple Server Notification Forwarding URL function like iOS?

Hi! We do not have the same functionality for the Google Developer Notifications, however you are able to have multiple destinations that listen to one Topic ID. Here is the documentation on how to do so.
