@amrit-trivedi-7b1146 It looks like users who previously had a trial (which expired) are opening your app and attempting to get the trial again. Apple only allows one trial, so they’re immediately charged, and they then request a refund from Apple. Perhaps you could check introductory offer eligibility and, if the user isn’t eligible, show language on your paywall about this?

No that’s not the case. User not opening app and re subscribing. We are facing this issue in multiple apps. We are not even showing that product in paywall since a month. Somehow apple keeps trying to get charged on billing issues and once they are able to do it then user asks for refunds. due to high refunds we already received below notice - Pursuant to Section 3.2(f) of the DPLA, you agreed that you wouldn't “commit any act intended to interfere with any of the Apple Software or Services, the intent of this Agreement, or Apple’s business practices including, but not limited to, taking actions that may hinder the performance or intended use of the App Store, Custom App Distribution, TestFlight, Xcode Cloud, Ad Hoc distribution, or the Program....”

@amrit-trivedi-7b1146 I’m sorry to hear that. We haven’t seen this with other customers, so it’s a bit of an odd situation. Very broadly speaking - we do tend to see higher refund rates in the AI app category (I’m not sure if yours are in this category), but I haven’t seen other apps get notice from Apple.
