anyone has similar issues today? tested in both simulator and sandbox.
 I'm new to Revenucat. My question is: is this issue on my end or theirs? it seems paywall works fine for me yesterday, 

 

 

Hey, I’m experiencing exactly the same issue right now — both in simulator and sandbox environments.

We were actually considering switching from Superwall to RevenueCat, but this situation is making us second-guess that decision. It feels like the product isn’t quite production-ready, and our dev team is completely stuck because of it.

Did you manage to resolve this on your end? Would really appreciate any insight.

Hi ​@Kusai ​@Max-dev, the default paywall will be displayed for users if the offering isn’t configured or if the SDK version is not supported. Can you make sure you are using a supported paywalls v2 SDK, see our docs here? If you are still experiencing this, can you both please open RevenueCat support tickets here and provide the following information:

  • Your current SDK version
  • The app user id you are using to access the paywall
  • Full RevenueCat debug logs reproducing when you fetch the paywall
  • Your full paywall code
