Hi,

Im having a hard time getting my app through ios review.

Specifically failing it because my rc pay wall shows Error 23 and I get this message in the log…

Your products are configured in RevenueCat but aren't approved in App Store Connect yet. This prevents users from making purchases in production. Please ensure all products are approved and available for sale in App Store Connect

But I think Im seeing error 23, because apple are not approving my Monetization section.

Specifically the app store localization keeps being reject.

Is the good hypothesis? That in order to stop error code 23, I need to apple approve the localizations?

Im just going round in circles with them

Hey @mrmack-a72a32 - when you added your app version for review, did you attach the Subscriptions too? Apple has the requirement that the first in-app purchases you put in your app are sent together, alongside the app for review. What this means is that your Subscriptions/Products should be in Ready to submit state while you are testing it and when you send your app build for review, attach the subscription products so they all get reviewed together.

The section of In-App Purchases and Subscriptions won't show all the time, which is the frustrating bit and can lead to confusion:

One thing to try, if your products are already in a state of Waiting for Review and Apple doesn't let you change their status, you can either wait for them to be rejected (which could take several days) or you can recreate them, which is what we recommend.

If any of the other states show (e.g Developer Action Needed) you’d have to check if all the metadata (e.g localization, screenshots, etc) is properly added and validated on both your Subscriptons and the Subscription Group as well as the Apple Agreements - under the Business page on App Store Connect (ASC), could you check the Payments Agreement? Apple also tends to update the Developer Program License Agreement frequently, so it’s worth checking these too!
