I have a customer that converted from a trial for $0, and it’s renewing at $0, and just got a billing error but still the subscription will renew next month? what is going on here?

We rely on detecting product prices at time of purchase so sometimes we don’t know the price for a product if it was imported later. I think that might be the case looking at the user timeline, first seen was after the trial started.
