Customer breakdown on last seen platform version

Hello,

I’m trying to get a breakdown on Last Seen Platform Version for customers so that we can make a well informed call on supporting older platform versions.

This data is visible on customer details UI but it’s not in the CSV file when I export. I also could not find an API to retrieve it using the API.

Is there a way to get this data?

Hello,

Unfortunately it’s not possible to retrieve this data currently. However, we’re working on addressing this use case in various ways, so I will pass this as feedback to the team. For now I recommend relying on whatever analytics App Store Connect and Google Play Console provide here.

Agreed, just been looking for a way to extract this data myself and ended up here. Most other data seems to be in the CSV export, but not iOS version currently. Please and thank you!
