We would like to ask the reason why RevenueCat requires the credit card details for the starter plan.

Will RevenueCat charge the credit card entered for anything?

Best regards

Hey Georgios that’s correct!

You’ll still get the full revenue from the stores directly, then RevenueCat will invoice you 0.8% of the previous months tracked revenue through the credit card of file.

Hey @Voenix Technologies Inc.!

A valid credit card is required for any of the paid plans, and will be used to charge your account once your tracked revenue is greater that $1000 for the month.

Hi Ryan,

Thank you.

So how it works, is that the stores pay us the full revenue, and we pay the 0.8% MTR  to Revenue Cat separately through the associated credit card. Is that the case?

Regards

Georgios
