Credentials need attention app store connect api

i need help with the app store connect p8 key file. 

i get this message:

  1. Valid key format

  2. The App Store Connect API credentials are not valid or do not have sufficient permissions to list apps. Make sure the key has at least the App Manager role.

  3. The App Store Connect API credentials are not valid or do not have sufficient permissions to collect information about your subscriptions. Make sure the key has at least the App Manager role

 

But i am the owner and Admin of the App in app store connect. i don’t have any other users or groups.i ticked on everything when creating the key on the apple page.

 

please help me resolve this

I am also facing the same issue…… just to make sure everything is configured properly I have created new key and uploaded new key but that’s also showing the same error

i’m not sure how i got it to work. but i think it was, because i added another in the app store connect dashboard.. and then at the “App Store Connect API key”- page i created a new key and could give it a name and an access type. i think that was different before. hope this helps

What do you mean by added another user? You generated a new key?

It’s important to notice that we validate the key using the bundle id you’ve set up in RevenueCat and they have to exactly match with the one in Apple.
