Completely stuck on multi-user subscriptions (same Apple ID) — honestly losing my mind, will pay for help

I’m trying to allow multiple users in my app (each with their own account) to subscribe using the same Apple ID.

I’ve set up multiple subscription groups in App Store Connect and matching offerings in RevenueCat. In my app, I’m selecting different offerings depending on what’s already been purchased.

But no matter what I do, I keep getting:

“You’re currently subscribed to this.”

Even when I should be hitting a different subscription group.

In RevenueCat I can see the correct entitlement (like a different plan/group), but the app still seems to be using the default offering.

Has anyone successfully implemented multiple subscriptions under one Apple ID with RevenueCat? Would anyone be willing to help me? I am more than willing to pay for help at this point 😞

Hi @miss.larose, it is not possible to have multiple subscriptions under one Apple ID, this is a restriction from Apple. All purchases are tied to the receipt on the Apple account which is why you are getting the “You’re currently subscribed to this” message when trying to use different RevenueCat app user ids with the same Apple ID. In regards to using different subscription groups, it is possible to purchase multiple subscriptions if they are from different groups but Apple might still restrict this if the subscriptions have similar duration and pricing.
