We are having issue in integrating to revenuecat and apple pricing. We have set the manual price as $4.90 but what apple is charging the customer is $4.98. Can advise what could be the issue with this king of pricing?

+7I don’t know where you have set the “manual price” you are referring to, but if that’s in App Store Connect, then you should be aware that in some countries / regions (e.g. in the US), Apple may be adding sales taxes on top of that price. However, that’s the same for all apps and in-app purchases and has nothing to do with RevenueCat (and there’s nothing that can be done to change that behavior).
