Both "presented_offering_context" and "presented_offering_id" are null in webhook

We are selling non renewable (non subscription) consumable products. All of our products are using offerings, however sometimes (rarely) a customer will purchase a product and the webhook event will have:

"presented_offering_context": null,

"presented_offering_id": null,

This doesn’t make any sense because there is no place they can purchase a product within our app that doesn’t use an offering/paywall. 

Please advise

Hi ​@wobbleburger! Can you share which purchase methods you use? Do you ever purchase a StoreProduct directly, or do you always purchase a Package? Also, do you have server purchase tracking enabled? We’re happy to dig further into this if you can provide app user IDs that are missing this context. Can you open a support ticket here?
