Some users complained that they can’t subscribe to my Mac app. After initiating the process they need to verify the credit card purchase, but then they only see an empty screen and nothing happens. Is this a known issue?

We don’t have any known incidents of this. If you could open a ticket at https://app.revenuecat.com/settings/support we can get debug logs and take a closer look.
