App icon not visible for some apps in RC Dashboard

Which most of the apps are showing app icons correctly, but my https://verified.revenuecat.com/vahanpro, doesn’t show app icon at all. 
I have configured App store and Play Store creds correctly, like other apps, but still it wont come up.

Even my verified link(above) doesn’t show App Store link, when App store app is live and working correctly.

Please Help!

We are facing the same issue with one of our apps. Is there a known fix?

Thanks for reaching out. I’m happy to help.

I took a look at your RevenueCat project, and the reason the app icon (and the App Store link on the verified metrics page) isn’t showing is that your iOS app isn’t currently available on the US App Store. At the moment, we pull the App Store metadata we use for things like the icon + store link from the US storefront, so if an app isn’t published there, we won’t be able to fetch and display that metadata.

If it’s an option, make the app available on the US App Store (even if it’s also available elsewhere). Once it’s available, the icon/link should start appearing after the metadata refresh.

Our team is already aware of this limitation and is working on improving it so apps not available in the US storefront can still display correctly. I don’t have a specific timeline I can share yet, but it’s on our radar.

Hey ​@hussain , i have made our app available on all stores and we still don't get the icon in the RevenueCat dashboards. Can you assist?

Since I cannot locate your RevenueCat account based solely on your community username, could you please send me a private DM with the following details?

  • Your RevenueCat account email address

  • The specific Project Name(s) experiencing the issue

Once I have that information, I can investigate the project configuration directly to see why the icon isn't updating despite the app being available on all stores.
