Add "Contact Support" button in customer center for users with an active subscription

I’m looking at adding Customer Center to our app.  When you show Customer Center for a user that doesn’t have an active subscription there is a “Contact Support” button that is visible, however that button is not present for users who do have an active subscription.  

 

How can I get the “Contact Support” button to show up in Customer Center for users that do have an active subscription?  Seems like this would be something you would want users to be able to do even if they have a subscription for issues not addressable directly by the Customer Center UI.

I have the same issue. I like the Customer Center feature but I didn’t even think that Contact Support may not be visible for some users, so I removed any other support button from the app. And only after the release I noticed that it’s actually missing for customers with active subscription.

I need users with active subscription to be able to share feedback, they are the core audience, so it’s usually much more useful than the feedback from free users.

Is there any way to make Contact Support button visible for all customers?

We can add a custom button and then send an email when the user taps on it, but seems like the default RC button should be available instead.

I’ve shared this internally with the Customer Center team for them to review. In the meantime, as you both mentioned, adding a custom action can be helpful.

After discussing this internally, and as mentioned in my previous message, adding a custom action would be the best approach at this time. 

The team is considering this feedback to enhance the Contact Support feature accordingly.
