Hey,

I have an issue where, when a user cancels a lifetime subscription, it doesn't show up anywhere — not in Purchases.getCustomerInfo nor in the customer's history.

I've set up Google and Apple server notifications, but that hasn't changed the situation.

Is there any other way to track when a user requests a refund?

I took a look at this user, and can see that we’re detecting the refunds, as they are now being listed in the customer history page. Are you seeing the same behavior?
