My app is integrated with RevenueCat and the subscriptions are set up in App Store Connect. When testing via TestFlight, the subscriptions correctly show a 3-day trial. However, once the app is live on the App Store, the trial option doesn’t appear.

Testflight uses a different user than in production so this can be due to your sandbox account being eligible for the introductory offer while the production one already used it.
