I’m integrating Revenue Cat to my app, the new version isn’t published on the App Store yet. However, the dashboard shows that I have new customers. Can someone explains this? Thanks

New customers and active users include test users in sandbox and TestFlight. You can verify this by going to the Customer Lists page and checking the Sandbox list - you should see a similar number of customers there.

Hi I have a similar issue. Our number is showing 160 users is total. Ween we look into users we only have 19 in sandbox.

Our app is still in test mode, and there is now way we have so many test users.
Can someone help us understand why we have such a massive difference?
