Trial purchase and cancellations not reflecting

I tried purchasing a trial from the google playstore for my sandbox app.

  • The trial purchase reflected in app history on revenuecat.
  • It did not reflect in any of the dashboards on revenuecat.

Then, I cancelled the trial, and it did not reflect in the customer history section for the same customer on revenuecat.

Can you confirm that you toggled on the “View Sandbox Data” option? This is required in order to see sandbox purchases in either the dashboard, or in the customer history. 

If you’ve already toggled this on, my next recommendation would be to ensure that you’ve set up a closed test track and your test user is an opted-in licensed user. Lastly, I’d try restoring purchases for your test user to see if this syncs up their purchase history as expected.
