‘Filter’ is available in 'Customers' page but why there’s no ‘sort by’ or add/remove column function?

That is correct! We currently don’t have a way to sort customers in the Customers List or to add/remove columns.
I’ll share this internally with the team for them to review and prioritize accordingly.
