Scheduled data export CSV columns

I have noticed from the 14th and 15th of May that our scheduled data export on version 5 has had some columns move. Specifically `first_seen_time` and `auto_resume_time` which used to be in that order and have now been reversed in the export from the 15th onward.

Has anyone else experienced this or similar? it broke our importer so I just wanted to see if it’s unique or if others have had the same and/or experienced this with other columns or exports in the past so I can find the best strategy to deal with it in our data pipeline.

Thanks!

Hi @tkh

Sorry about that, we discovered the column order of first_seen_time and auto_resume_time in Scheduled Data Exports were unexpectedly flipped since 2025-05-14 7AM UTC.

The fix for this has been deployed, but your exports since that time may have had the order of these two fields reversed, which may impact your ingestion if you rely on the order of the fields. If you rely on these fields for your business, we recommend either:

  1. Re-ingesting the files you've received since that time to correct the order, or
  2. Replying to this post so we can deliver a new incremental export from the affected period.

We sincerely apologize for this oversight, and would be happy to help you ensure your data is corrected. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Hello

Thanks for the reply and the fix -- everything looks good now and I have managed to fix up our data on this end. All good on this one.

Thanks again!
