RevenueCat ‘Not Found’ Error for Play Store One-time Products

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with one-time products from the Play Store. I created a one-time product and activated the purchase option in the Play Store, but RevenueCat is unable to fetch it. It worked previously, so I believe this is related to recent policy changes.

Even when I create the product in RevenueCat using the exact same ID as in the Play Store, it shows a 'Not Found' error. Is there any way to resolve this? Does RevenueCat currently not support selling one-time products from the Play Store?

In addition, on the Product Dashboard screen, even products that had been selling well have now changed to a 'Could not check' status in the status check column. This clearly appears to be an issue caused by a policy change. We hope this can be resolved promptly.

The "Could not check" status is still unchanged, but unlike a few days ago, when we registered a new product today, the status within that product now shows "Published" instead of "Not Found."

Hi ​@ttobakk RevenueCat does support Google’s one-time products but if you imported them they need to be backwards compatible, otherwise they need to be manually added. I can see on my end that they are showing up as published when clicking into them, are you able to make purchases of them? If not then could you dm me in Community how these are setup in the Google Play Console so I can see how they are setup there?
