Updated: This error occurred because I had added an image (previously designed in Figma), which is the pink crown in the image. After deleting the crown image, I was able to publish normally.

For context, we are currently improving the UX behaviour around the Paywall validation failed error - it’s quite generic and doesn’t point in the direction of what could be happening under the hood.
We hope to have an update soon that addresses this, but in the meantime a workaround would be to check the Developer Tools on any requests around the paywall “failing” to validate. This normally indicates what could be the cause.
