New subscription not showing in google playstore but shows in RC Overview Production Dashboard.

I have just recently launched my app on playstore and gained my first sub (hurray!).

However, I’ve noticed that revenue cat is reporting the new sub as expected.
 

 

Yet the play store doesn’t show this subscription.

The only thing on my end I haven’t done yet due to a new build being released soon is update to:

But I wouldn’t of thought that would effect reporting of subscriptions?

Any suggestions or advice as to why the playstore isn’t showing this subscription? The user purchased around midnight yesterday.

Sales and subscription metrics on the stores generally refresh within 24 hours of the purchase. Is this something you’re still experiencing?

Good evening,

I have been refreshing my Google playstore for the last 24-48 hours and this still appears to be the case, revenue cat dashboard shows the active sub, but google play in the overview section for subscriptions shows 0 subscriptions.

Yet, if I check my financial report in google play, it shows that the proceeds from the subscrption are there.

Thank you for the extra detail! 

What you're describing can happen in Google Play, as it may take some time for the Subscription Overview data to be updated with what you're seeing in your Financial Reports. If you're still not seeing your subscriptions in the Overview dashboard, I would recommend contacting Google Support.

I just checked your configuration in RevenueCat, and everything looks great! You shouldn't have any issues with your subscription processing, and as you're seeing the subscriptions in your Financial Reports, everything is working as expected.
