I am looking at two charts to find the correct number for New Subscribers on a monthly base.
1. “Subscription Retention” which shows me the New Susbcribers as a base for retention on a monthly base.
2. “New Paid Subscriptions” with a monthly breakdown and total Sum
The charts show me different numbers (10-20% difference)
Does anybody know why?

Hi, to view new subscribers you should be using the New Paid Subscriptions chart. The Subscription Retention chart is used to show how paying subscriptions renew and retain over time by cohorts. So you can see a discrepancy between the two charts as the former is focused on new subscriptions while the latter is focused on renewals and retention and has cohorting.
If you would like for us to look into this further, could you please create a support ticket here and include screenshots of the discrepancy so we can get an idea of what you are looking at on your end?
