Hello,

I am currently creating a test project and experimenting with app settings for Apple App Store and Google  Play Store.

I have succeeded in automatically fetching product configurations from the both of stores.

However, on Apple, all products are being treated as Subscriptions.

On GooglePlay, I can correctly retrieve both Subscriptions and Consumables, but on the Apple’s product information page, I can't find an option for Product Type.

I suspect there might be some missing settings.

I will attach screenshots of the Product Pages for both Apple and GooglePlay.

Could you please tell me which items I should check?

Thank you.

Hi! This difference in the Dashboard of there not being a product type for Apple products is actually expected and is just a result of the information that we access from the Google Play API vs the Apple API for these products. Could you share a screenshot of the configuration page in App Store Connect where you have the consumable products set up so that I may take a closer look as to why your app may not be able to fetch them? If you would rather not share that information publicly on the community site, you can also submit a private support ticket through the RevenueCat Dashboard

@wes_clark

Thank you for the information. I was just concerned that the product type is displayed on Google Play but not on the App Store. If there’s no issue with the implementation, I’ll proceed without worrying. If any problems arise, I’ll consider reaching out to the private support you mentioned.
