Invalid URL error when trying to set up webhook in the dashboard

Hi,

I a trying to set up webhook in the dashboard, but I am getting ‘Invalid URL.’ error.

My endpoint is « https://api.MYDOMAIN.studio ».

It works when I try « https://MYDOMAIN.com ».

« api. » subdomain and « .studio » domain seem to be the cause of the error.

So my question is, is it normal behavior?

I got an answer from the support. It might be a validation error, they’re looking at it.

To follow up here, it looks like this was a DNS propagation time issue and things are working as expected now. If anyone runs into this issue, I’d recommend waiting some time to allow for DNS to resolve (especially with a newly configured domain).
