Question

How do you move components around in the paywall editor?

I don’t care for the spacing in the paywall template I’m using. I’d like to move a component up, but I can’t figure out how to do it. Is there a way?

Hi Todd,

You can drag and drop components up and down from the components sidebar dragging them from the dots icon that is displayed at the left when you hover.

I hope it helps.

Ah, I see. That moves the components around. What I wanted was less or more padding between components, but I was looking at a subview rather than the parent component for the margins. I get it now. Thanks.

Unfortunately now the paywall in the editor does not match the paywall on the device. The paywall in the editor looks like it takes the full screen with the purchase button near the bottom.

On my device the purchase button is way up the screen like there’s a huge margin between it on the bottom of the view, but there isn’t.

I changed the margin to be larger and pushed the features section way down off screen in the editor and lower on the device. This fixed sized seems wrong.

Is that how it’s supposed to be? I’d like the equivalent of Spacer() in SwiftUI to push it towards the bottom.

Hi @Todd Hoff can you share with me a screenshot of what you are seeing comparing the device to the editor, the SDK version you are on, and your paywall code?

I started over and that fixed the problem. Though without a spacer I don’t understand how you can guarantee the pay button will always be at the bottom? Fixed sized margins seem odd.

The other problem I’m having is a / in the price string. I did include pictures in that question.
