“Active Subscribers” and “Total Revenue” on the Customers page

do not match “Active Subscriptions” and “Revenue” on the Overview page, which are higher here.

(App Store only.   New app.)

Why?

Total Revenue in a Customer List is the total lifetime spend of all the customers in that list. The revenue metric on the Overview page is your apps total revenue over the past 28 days.

Active Subscribers in a Customer Lists is the unique number of customers. Active Subscriptions in the Overview page is the unique number of subscriptions - usually each customer only has one subscription so these are more or less the same.

Slight differences in these metrics at any give time could be due to the frequency that they’re updated. The caching logic and update frequency are different for the Overview vs Customer Lists.
