I'm not sure what to do with this point. When I look at the configuration of my apps, they all have Store Status OK with a green dot.

I have set both the APIkey and the entitlementsID in the app and I know they are correct.

Running on iOS. I'm testing with an app that I've had on the App Store for quite awhile so I'm sure it's in-app purchase is set up correctly.

I've got the P8 key file from App Store Connect set up.

I'm still getting this message when I try and run the MagicwWeather app to test.

ERROR: 😿‼️ There is an issue with your configuration. Check the underlying error for more details. There's a problem with your configuration. None of the products registered in the RevenueCat dashboard could be fetched from App Store Connect (or the StoreKit Configuration file if one is being used).

Hi @Silverthorne,

What’s the state of your in-app products in App Store Connect? You’ve mentioned that you have had your app in the store for a while but do you have your products in Ready to submit or Approved?

If so, it would be worth as well to check if you have all your agreements and certificates valid and signed. Specially the Paid Apps Agreement. You can find it in App Store Connect under the Business menu.

Let me know if that works! You can also open a support ticket if this doesn’t fix it and we’ll be able to check your case closely.

Hi @joan-cardona ,

The app I’m using for testing RevenueCat is Approved and has already been purchased many times. I have been developing iOS apps for years and I have quite a few apps on the App Store. I was trying to witch over to RevenueCat because StoreKit 2 is a pain. I tried using the RevenueCat MagicWeather and MagicWeatherSwiftUI apps both gave the same result. Perhaps there’s something wrong with these that’s causing the problem. Maybe you could check and let me know.

I’m having a similar issues with an existing app.

I checked and i had to renew my Paid Apps Agreement but the bug persists after signing the agreement.

Thanks!

16 hours later the issue has been fixed simply by renewing the Paid Apps Agreement (as i’ve stated above).

I have made no other changes so this solved the issue completely and it took anywhere between 1-16 hours to appear on the app.

Thanks!

Hi @arnon-hecht-fd132c,

You are right, it takes some time for the changes to propagate.

I’m glad it’s working now!

Best,
