I would like to know how many users will likely churn in January 2025 based on their subscription status.

How can I identify the number of users likely to churn in January by finding users who:

  1. Have auto-renewal disabled AND
  2. Have subscriptions expiring in January?

Hi! We just recently created a Subscription Status chart where you can view this information. 

​@wes_clark I do use the subscription status chart but don’t see how I can break it down by month of expiration, could you clarify?

On the Subscription Status Chart you can segment by Expiration month. This will show you how many users are set to renew and how many are set to expire by month.
