Hi. For a period of time, up to a week of a few ago, the Renewal Cycle segment was available on Active Subscriptions charts, and I came to like it a lot… then suddenly it was gone. It is still available on some other kinds of charts (e.g. Revenue chart), thus I guess it was not some technical limitations urging you to remove such segment from charts? Can you bring it back please for subscription counting charts?

Your guess is basically correct as to why the option is no longer available. We had tried to address a few different issues that were arising for this option in this collection of Charts as a result of its definition at the time, and realized that we needed to implement a more thorough solution. As it was actively showing incorrect data, we disabled the option while the Engineering team work on implementing the necessary changes.
To explain the previous dynamic simply, it was only applying the latest renewal cycle to the data in the chart, even if the chart was displaying a historical portion of that data. The Engineering and Product teams are actively working on updating the logic to show the appropriate renewal cycle at the time in the Chart.
This is a priority for the team on our end, so I will follow up here once they have confirmed that the change has been implemented and the option is available again.

You may have already seen this today, but just wanted to notify you here that the Renewal Cycle Filter/Segment has now been fixed and re-enabled for the Active Subscriptions Chart.
