Basically I have the same as this post describes:
Product Issues:
❌ [my_product]: Product not found in App Store Connect. You need to create a product with identifier: '[my_product]' in App Store Connect to use it for production purchases.
I see that the product has no records, not even sandbox records.
How can I delete this product?

I believe we resolved this through a support ticket but I’m sharing the answer because it can be helpful to others.
We have a security check in place that no products can be deleted if there are users with transactions with that specific product. If it's safe to delete the product, you should first delete this customer so we won't have any transaction in our records.
To see the users with the transactions, you can create a customer list for users who purchased an specific product it like this:

Due lack of alternatives, that’s what I did now.
I deleted the sandbox customer and was able to delete the product afterwards.
