How to get vendor number when Apple's Payments and Financial reports page inactive

How to get vendor number because doc suggests Payments and Financial Reports section and the page is unavailable right now:

I’ve just checked the Payments and Finance Reports page and it seems to be working fine now.

Can you go and check if you can find the vendor number?
