我们的试用转化数据从10月12号开始有问题，converted 数据都是0，Pendding的数据非常高，但是从苹果后台的财务数据上看又很正常。所以想询问是哪里出了问题。
Our trial conversion data has been problematic since October 12. The converted data are all 0. The Pendding data is very high, but it is normal from Apple's background financial data. So I wanted to ask what went wrong.

Based on your Charts data, I don’t think there is cause for concern here - it could be helpful to think of this as living data, updating as we gather more information. For the dates that are closest to the current date, pending trials will be highest and there may be no conversions as users haven’t reached their conversion date yet. It’s worth noting as well that we wouldn’t expect our data to line up precisely with App Store Connect.
