Can't get App_Store web hook on INITIAL_PURCHASE but I get it on EXPIRATION, PRODUCT_CHANGE or CANCELLATION what am i missing?

the problem is I get the web hooks on EXPIRATION, PRODUCT_CHANGE and CANCELLATION 

but I don’t get it on INITIAL_PURCHASE or RENEWAL so we can't update our database 

what am I missing, I set every thing right, I also set revenueCat web hooks on App Store Connect for Sandbox and production and I even get customer history in overview with sandbox checked

    Hi @javad zaeri , you should be able to see the status of the webhooks that were supposed to be delivered for a given event (e.g., the “Started a subscription” event from your screenshot above) by clicking on the event. Then you should be able to see if there was an error while trying to deliver the event.

    If that doesn’t help, for a question like this, it’s probably best to contact our support team at https://revenuecat.com/support, so they can look directly into your account.
