Hi, I am trying to connect revenuecat with Android app but waiting for credential approval more than 10 days. Should I do anything else than waiting? It says the approval comes usually in 36 hours.

Yeah, that’s too long. I’d suggest double checking the credentials setup (it is complex) and regenerating the JSON file/uploading it to RC. Here are some common things to check:
 

  1. You've linked your Google Play Console account to the correct Google Cloud account
  2. You've enabled the "Pub/Sub Admin" and "Monitoring Viewer" roles (must be those exact roles)
  3. You've enabled these permissions in Google Play Console:
    • View app information and download bulk reports (read-only)
    • View financial data, orders, and cancellation survey response
    • Manage orders and subscriptions
  4. You hit save after applying permissions (it's very easy to miss this button in Google Play Console)
  5. You've redownloaded the JSON key and reuploaded it to RevenueCat after any changes
