Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions have changed.

When I test the subscription in the sandbox, it prompts:

Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions have changed.

Finally, "Coming Soon!" appears and it is over, there is no response.

Please see the screenshot below to help me see if any steps are missing.

I have solved it by myself. It turned out that I turned on this feature: interrupting the purchase process of this tester
