I can’t pass the App Store Reviews because of this error. I can't produce this case. But review team is keep sending me this. And I can’t pass the reviews for 3 days. On my side, everything works very well.
Hi, have you tried to reproduce this on your end and if you were successful, could you please enable and send debug logs for this (see here)?
If you are unable to and everything is working correctly when testing, then this might be due to the Apple tester’s unstable sandbox environment. Unfortunately if it is working on your end, there wouldn’t be much for you to change. Some developers facing this issue of being rejected have taken screen recordings of their app working and submitted that to their reviewer which has sometimes helped them pass. Aside from this, resubmitting your app is the only thing you can do.

I too was experiencing this issue and wondered if you’ve found a resolution? .. and if so, can you remember what?
My only suggestion is to make sure you remove the StoreKit Configuration from your Scheme. As soon as I removed it, I was able to resume debugging and testing my app. It does require being on a real device and pulling your Subscription information from AppStore Connect (but I’m assuming they are already configured)
I’m really interested to know if you are experiencing another problem that I’m not aware of.
