Still no fix for issue in

 

I think they’re lying to me when they tell me they’ve forwarded it to the team. It’s fine if this isn’t going to be fixed, but why say it will be fixed and lead me on? Poor support experience.

I apologize for the delay in resolving this issue. I've checked, and we do have a ticket open for this issue, which is currently in progress. There is a proof of concept for the fix that you can check here.

I can't provide an exact ETA, but the team will be working on it next week, so we hope it will be resolved very soon.
