I'm just curious if I signed up for a sandbox API not a production API because the offerings work perfect in testing but when it goes to Apple production after approval, it does not work
Does anyone know if there's that is two different environments?

The change of environments is automatic since we detect it from the purchase receipt. The stores are the ones defining when a purchase is from sandbox or from production.
Back to your issue, a part from having your app approved do you also happen to have the subscription products approved? The also need to be sent for review and have to be ready for sale.
