Purchases.getOfferings returns "Error: There is an issue with your configuration. Check the underlying error for more details"

My problem is with iOS

My subscription is registered under the AppStoreConnect and says “Ready for Review”

All my Agreements are signed and up to date.

My Bundle ID is correct

I was able to successfully import my products to RC.
My Products,Offerings, Entitlements are created.

My app is registered on RC. (appdd508ae716)

I am using TestFlight.
I am using Expo

 

I can’t think of anything else, I don’t understand why I am still getting this error. I have not tested on Android yet.

Hi @VR93! Has this issue been resolved? I looked at our logs, and I see successful sandbox purchases on iOS for your app. If not, can you open a support ticket so we can dig in further?

Otherwise, it does sound like you’ve done everything necessary. Just for reference, here’s our general guide on offering issues:
