Error Handling: What is "PurchaseNotAllowedError"?

I have 2 rooted Android devices for testing, both with Google Play Services installed.

When getting the offerings one returned “PurchaseNotAllowedError” and another one is ok.

Is this error returned by Google Play or RevenueCat?

Any more info could be given?

I am not sure why I missed this article maybe because of the naming but it’s perfect.
