I’ve recently launched my app with subscriptions and I’ve received a couple of ‘trial start’ events and I’ve noticed a strange thing. If I go to the customer profile I can see a ‘Converted from trial’ event 8 hours before the actual event.
Is this intended? If so, how does RC knows that the customer will convert, what if there is a billing issue?

Hi Erol,
This is expected. Renewals tend to happen before the previous cycle expires. For instance, Apple tries to charge 24h before the expiration, attempting different times if the payment is not successful.
