Hello,

Our custromer tried to subscribe to our app and had an error message in French "Transaction Denied" when she tried to proceed payment within Play Store (French location).

The customer tried to delete and re-install the app and also tried to reset the bank detail for no better result. Any idea of could have occurred and what to do to resolve this issue?

 

Our app is very recent with only few succeeded transactions of this type.

RevenueCat is not a payment processor, so the error that the customer is seeing there is directly from Google. This issue does sound specific to the customer’s bank. Has the customer tried using a different payment method yet or contacting the card issuer? 

 


Hi Tina,

The issue was with Google which suspended the payment service waiting for an official copy of an id of one of our staff member.
