Hi There,

My app has already gone live. One of my iOS customer (first customer) complained that she has successfully make the subscription, money is paid, but the app did not grant her the subscribed service.

I check the RevenueCat website but cannot find the customer and the purchase. What should I do?

We’re currently communicating in a support ticket, but I just wanted to reply here as well just in case any other developers are looking through for similar issues. This could be related to recent App Store outage: status.revenuecat.com, but regardless a good practice here is to have your user attempt to restore purchases.
