Hi!

I just migrated to RevenueCat and for some reason iOS users show $0 in revenue, any idea why this happening?

How did you migrate to RevenueCat? Server-side by importing receipts or through the device? Is the $0 only on a particular platform (e.g. iOS or Android).

RevenueCat attempts to pull the product price from the device at the time of purchase, maybe those are legacy products that are no longer for sale?

Edit:

Once a new price is received for this product, we’ll update the transactions that are $0 with the new price, and it will be reflected in Charts and Lists. If this is a legacy product that is no longer for sale, that product may never receive a price and so it won’t ever be updated. If that’s the case, please contact support and we can update the price manually.
