I can't set up a new app for the App Store

Even though I configure everything correctly, everything as it should, the save changes button is not enabled. This only happens when I try to add an app to the app store, because it works normally in the play store. What happened? How to solve it?

I got it to work, you must enter your Issuer ID

​@luis-fontinelles-9f3417 I apologize for the delay. Were you able to resolve this issue? Kadzaki is correct that the Issuer ID must be added as well.
