Can RevenueCat currently handle CONSUMPTION_REQUEST on behalf of the developer to help reduce refund rates? Thank you.

Hey @yan-cheng-cheok-107847 great timing with your question. We’re working on handling Apple consumption requests now so we’re glad you asked! We’re testing this now and would love to enable this for you before we launch publicly if you’re interested. I’ll direct message you to provide you with more details.

@Greenie Cheng Please add me to the testing group as well! :)

@Nohanom Great, I’ve added you to our testing group. You’ll need to enable this on your dashboard. Go to your project app configuration page, look for the “Handling of refund requests” section to indicate your preference for how we should handle the refund requests. If you're having trouble finding the section, it’s in a collapsed panel under the App Store Connect API section.

@Greenie Cheng Thank you! Unfortunately I can’t find any new collapsed panels under the App Store Connect API section for my app. Is there an email I can reach out to?

@Nohanom Do you see this on your dashboard?

I do not see “Handling of refund requests” after “App Store Connect API”.

Hello @Greenie Cheng, we are also facing same problem. Could you add us to test group? Thanks for your interest.

Yes, I’ve added you all to the testing group for feature. We look forward to hearing any feedback you may have. Thank you!

Hi @Greenie Cheng ,

Thank you for adding us to the testing group! Is there any documentation available? The page doesn’t open when I click the link(learn more). Could you please share a valid link if possible?
