My company has multiple app store connect account, can I use one single revenuecat account for managing apps from different app store connect account?

Yes this should not be a problem. Each App Store app should be a separate RevenueCat app. You can have them all under the same RevenueCat project or in separate projects as needed (apps in the same project share user IDs.)
