App User will get InAPp purchase status on downgrade to free plan and MTR limit exceed

Suppose I have Starter plan and My MTR more than $10k. For Purchase status I set key in customer entitlement using SDK. Now I downgrade my plan to free. In this case, My App user will get the InApp status in application using RevanueCat SDK?

We won’t do anything, i.e. we’ll never break the API for developers who fail to pay without getting in touch with them first and giving a lot of warning, i.e. giving them time to migrate off RC if needed.
